This isn’t a race or retreat — it’s an immersive trail-running clinic coming up fast to help you move better, build durability, and train with intention.
Expect guided educational trail runs, tough movement sessions, swag, post-run snacks/meals, HOKA demos, tendon resilience work with Dr. Mitch Long, and female-specific nutrition with Natalie Thompson (Saturday = Women’s Clinic Day).
Sunday is an open clinic with gear demos, strength for runners, and a communal lunch; sessions run 8:00 AM–1:30 PM both days.
