Wednesday Night Trail Run – Mendon Ponds Park

Tonight’s run will be held at Mendon Ponds Park (meeting location is at Hopkins Point). Please check our website for our weekly meeting spots!

All runs are led by members of the Medved Staff and Medved Ambassadors and will typically last an hour. Runners of all speeds and abilities are encouraged to attend and participate. Our Trail Runs are free to everyone.

Please leave your pets at home. We love dogs but not everyone is comfortable running with them and many of the trails we will be running do not allow pets

Tonight’s run will be held at the Seneca Trail in Victor (meeting location is at the Distillery  10 Square Drive  Victor NY 14564).    Please check our website for our weekly meeting spots!

Race Against Brain Cancer

Join Us in the Race Against Brain Cancer! Lace up your running shoes and make a meaningful impact at our upcoming 3rd Annual Head for the Cure 5k- Rochester on September 10th at Powder Mills Park as we raise funds, awareness, and hope for the Rochester brain tumor community!

Funds raised through this event will locally benefit the UR Brain Mapping Program at UR Medicine/The Del Monte Institute of Neuroscience and other national brain cancer programs, education, and initiatives. Every step you take brings us closer to better treatments and brighter outcomes for those battling this challenging disease.
