Tonight’s run will be held at Powder Mills Park.    Please check our website for our weekly meeting spots!

All runs are led by members of the Medved Staff and Medved Ambassadors and will typically last an hour. Runners of all speeds and abilities are encouraged to attend and participate. Our Trail Runs are free to everyone.

Free Group Run / Shoe Demo Day

Looking for a fun way to kick off your weekend?   Come join us for a free group run and shoe demo opportunity on Saturday August 26th at 8 am, starting from Medved Running!

We’ll have representatives on hand with demo shoes from Asics, New Balance and Diadora that you can wear on the run.   The reps will also stick around afterwards to answer any questions you may have.    After the run, enjoy some refreshments and be sure to take advantage of the early store opening.

There’s no charge to attend, so grab your friends and come out for a great morning of running and socializing!

Race Against Brain Cancer

Join Us in the Race Against Brain Cancer! Lace up your running shoes and make a meaningful impact at our upcoming 3rd Annual Head for the Cure 5k- Rochester on September 10th at Powder Mills Park as we raise funds, awareness, and hope for the Rochester brain tumor community!

Funds raised through this event will locally benefit the UR Brain Mapping Program at UR Medicine/The Del Monte Institute of Neuroscience and other national brain cancer programs, education, and initiatives. Every step you take brings us closer to better treatments and brighter outcomes for those battling this challenging disease.
