    Join the women of Medved for a weekend of camaraderie, wellness, and growth:

    Saturday, April 5th and Sunday, April 6th Join us at Stewart Lodge for the entire event or sign up for one of the days.
    Each day will start with a Guided Trail run at 8 am with demos of Hoka's Challenger and Speedgoat, followed by snacks and a learning module with Q&A.

    GVH will be leading a run, hosted at Medved Running & Walking Outfitters,  for various paces and distances - for those training for Boston, or those inspired to one day toe that starting line. Stick around post-run for refreshments and a book signing from Tom Derderian.
