    Wednesday, August 6th, we will be running at Ellison Park with parking in the lot behind Rising Storm Brewing.
    Join us every Wednesday at 6 PM year-round for a free group trail run.
    On Wednesday Nights at 6 p.m., our friendly group meets at various parks and trailheads and heads out together for an hour-long trail run.

    On Wednesday, August 20th, we will be running the Auburn Trail with parking at Finger Lakes College Victor Campus. 

    Our friends from Brooks will be joining us and bringing Demo shoes for everyone to take for a test run, and Restore Hyper Wellness will be joining us with demos as well!
