Earth Day Half Marathon, 5K & Relay

The Earth Day Half Marathon & 5K has quickly become one of CNY’s most looked forward to springtime races! Along with some of the best swag out there, all participants get a tree to plant! Runners love the connection to the countryside setting. As you run along the low-traffic country roads, you’ll be rewarded with amazing views of rolling farmland, pastures with cows and horses and the lookout at Beaver Lake. The race start/finish and post-race fest are at the Emmi Farm’s Greenhouse with lots of parking, conveniently nearby- within walking distance.

Lilac Run 5K, 10K & Dunkin’ Dash

The 2023 Lilac Run will take place on the FINAL day of the Lilac Festival at Highland Park. NEW this year we will be adding a Health & Wellness Expo on Saturday, May 20th and Sunday, May 21st for our athletes and participants to enjoy! Both in-person and virtual race experiences will be offered again this year! Join us on Sunday, May 21st for the in person Lilac Run 5K, 10K and Dunkin' Dash! Choose to run or walk one, two or all three events! If you register for both the 5K & 10K you will get just one t-shirt with the event and medal.

Jungle Jog 5K

Shark in the Park 5k/10k

The Shark in the Park 5K/10K Race has returned! Come celebrate Shark Week with us at beautiful Mendon Ponds Park. Enjoy a run along the Southern Meadow and Quaker Pond Trails. If you are running in the 10K race you will complete two loops. Prizes will be given to overall and age group winners. 

Race Against Brain Cancer

Join Us in the Race Against Brain Cancer! Lace up your running shoes and make a meaningful impact at our upcoming 3rd Annual Head for the Cure 5k- Rochester on September 10th at Powder Mills Park as we raise funds, awareness, and hope for the Rochester brain tumor community!

Funds raised through this event will locally benefit the UR Brain Mapping Program at UR Medicine/The Del Monte Institute of Neuroscience and other national brain cancer programs, education, and initiatives. Every step you take brings us closer to better treatments and brighter outcomes for those battling this challenging disease.
