Wednesday Night Trail Run – Medved Running and Walking Outfitters
Wednesday, August 20th, we will be running the trails of Lucien Morin Park, with parking in the lot at 1135 Empire Blvd.
Join us every Wednesday at 6 PM year-round for a free group trail run.
On Wednesday Nights at 6 p.m., our friendly group meets at various parks and trailheads and heads out together for an hour-long trail run.

What to Expect:
- Guided runs: Led by Medved Staff and Ambassadors.
- Approx. 1-hour duration: Enjoy a leisurely run through scenic trails.
- All levels welcome: Runners of all speeds and abilities are encouraged to join.
- Free participation: No cost to join the runs.
Safety First:
- Reflective gear and illumination: Please wear reflective clothing and bring a headlamp or other light source.
- Leave pets at home: For the comfort of all participants, please refrain from bringing pets.
