Tonight’s run will be held at Ellison Park (meeting location is at Rising Storm Parking Lot).    Please check our website for our weekly meeting spots!

All runs are led by members of the Medved Staff and Medved Ambassadors and will typically last an hour. Runners of all speeds and abilities are encouraged to attend and participate. Our Trail Runs are free to everyone.

Please leave your pets at home. We love dogs but not everyone is comfortable running with them and many of the trails we will be running do not allow pets

A Saucony rep will be on hand with demo shoes for you to test out
