
Join us for a weekend dedicated to the knowledge and skills you need to master the trails. Medved Staff and Ambassadors are thrilled to welcome HOKA, nutrition guru Natalie Thompson, and Dr. Mitch Long (strength, mobility, and injury prevention expert) to deliver two days of hands on learning, movement, and trail community connection.
- Where: Mendon Ponds Park, Honeoye Falls, NY
- When: Saturday & Sunday, April 11–12, 2026
- Saturday will focus on women-specific strength training, injury prevention strategies, and trail fueling and nutrition education.
- Sunday is open to the entire trail running community and will continue the focus on strength, mobility, and trail nutrition for runners of all experience levels.
- Both days will feature HOKA demo opportunities and guided trail runs through Mendon Ponds Park.
