We’re thrilled to be joined by HOKA, nutrition guru Natalie Thompson, and Dr. Mitch Long (strength, mobility, and injury prevention expert)!

Saturday, April 11: Fuel Your Run
- 8:00 AM: Guided Trail Run (All levels welcome!) & HOKA Demo
- HOKA Demo: Test drive the latest Challenger or Speedgoat models.
- Post-Run: Snacks, social time, and Q&A.
- Learning Module: Master your fueling with Natalie Thompson. Learn the art of trail nutrition, energy management, and recovery.
Sunday, April 12: Strength & Mobility
- 8:00 AM: Guided Trail Run (All levels welcome!) & HOKA Demo
- Post-Run: Snacks, social time, and Q&A.
- Learning Module: Stay strong with Dr. Mitch Long (Rove Chiropractic). Focus on trail-specific mobility, balance, and injury prevention.
