Join our free group trail run every Wednesday year-round! Our friendly group meets at various trailheads at 6:00 PM for an hour-long run.

- What to Expect: A leisurely, hour-long run led by Medved Staff and Ambassadors through scenic trails.
- All Welcome: Runners of all speeds and abilities are encouraged to join.
- Cost: Free.

- Required Gear: Please wear reflective clothing and bring a headlamp or light source.
- Pets: Please refrain from bringing pets for the comfort of all participants.
