Whether you have never run a race or would like to try to build more consistency in your training; we are here for you with everything from choosing the right running shoe to completion of the event. Need motivation? Techniques for staying on track both physically and mentally will be addressed as well.
You can choose from our 5k and 10k training programs designed to get you ready for the Lilac Festival Races or our Distance Training Program to get you ready for a half marathon, full marathon, or 50k.
Are you a road runner that is interested in running trails? Our Learning The Trails program may be just right for you. This low-cost eight week program will help you run stronger and more confidently on trails.
