Join our friendly group that meets Wednesdays at 6:00 pm for a trail run.

This week we will be exploring the trails that Ellison Park has to offer.

Park at Ellison Park Road and Blossom Road Lot on the opposite side of the street from Rising Storm Brewery.

We explore various regional trails throughout the season and run on a variety of surfaces, easy trails, rail to trails and single track through all kinds of weather. Sometimes after a run of about an hour we will grab a beverage and some snacks at a nearby venue and kick back to talk about running, hiking and outdoor adventures.
All runs are led by members of the Medved Staff and Medved Ambassadors and will typically last an hour. Runners of all speeds and abilities are encouraged to attend and participate. Our Runs are free to everyone.
Please leave your pets at home. We love dogs but not everyone is comfortable running with them and some areas we run do not allow them.
