Re-Opening Guidelines

Customer Limit:

We can allow up to 6 customers in the store at one time, with groups no larger than two people. Please only bring someone with you if it is pertinent to your shopping trip. We ask you to be patient and understanding of this rule.

Appointments are Highly Encouraged:

Please call (585-248-3420) or schedule an appointment online so that we can stay within our customer limits and be prepared for your visit. We have In-Store Shoe Fit Appointments as well as In-Store Shopping Appointments available. Please select the In-Store Shopping if you already know what you need and just need to come in to pick it up. If you do not have an appointment we may ask you to wait outside until we are ready to serve you.

Face Masks:

Medved Team Members and customers are required to wear a face mask when entering the store and throughout your visit. The mask must securely cover your nose and mouth.

Sanitation:

Medved Team Members and customers are required to use hand sanitizer upon arrival in the store. We will be cleaning high touch areas throughout the day. Our restrooms and fitting rooms will not be open in order to comply with state guidelines.

Social Distancing:

Medved Team Members and customers are asked to maintain social distancing measures, giving each individual at least a 6-foot radius around them at all times.

Virtual Fit and Curbside Pick Up:

Both of these services are still available for those who choose contact-less shopping.
