Wednesday Night Trail Runs
Join us every Wednesday at 6 PM year round for a free group trail run.
On Wednesday Nights at 6 p.m., our friendly group meets at various parks and trailheads and heads out together for an hour-long trail run.

What to Expect:
- Guided runs: Led by Medved Staff and Ambassadors.
- Approx. 1-hour duration: Enjoy a leisurely run through scenic trails.
- All levels welcome: Runners of all speeds and abilities are encouraged to join.
- Free participation: No cost to join the runs.
Safety First:
- Leave pets at home: For the comfort of all participants, please refrain from bringing pets.
- We run in all kinds of weather: Please note that run locations may be altered depending on trail conditions. Changes will be posted before the run on our Instagram account @Medvedrun, in the shop’s weekly newsletter, and on the website event page.
