Registration is now open for our Fall Distance Training Group and our Learning the Trails Group
Whether you have never run a race or would like to try to build more consistency in your training; we are here for you with everything from choosing the right running shoe to completion of the event. Need motivation? Techniques for staying on track both physically and mentally will be addressed as well.
Our Distance Training Group will be starting on Tuesday June 21, 2017 and will go through October 17, 2017. Prices for this group will increase after June 2nd.
