The Nike React Infinity Run 2 continues to help keep you running. A refreshed upper uses Flywire technology combined with Flyknit for support and breathability. The tall stack height provides soft responsiveness and long-lasting comfort. It’s still one of Nike’s most tested shoes, designed to help you feel the potential when your foot hits the pavement.
Leave Injury Behind
The Nike React Infinity Run 2 is the newest leap forward in Nike’s mission to reduce running-related injuries. Building on the success of its predecessor and offering next-level stability, cushioning, and durability, this shoe was developed through one of thei largest, most thorough independent studies to date.
Redesigned Upper
The Flyknit upper is breathable in all the right places and features enhanced padding below the ankle for a close, comfortable fit. Flywire cables ensure that fit stays secure, mile after mile, while reinforcement around the heel holds your foot firmly in place.
Runner Approved
To see if the Nike React Infinity Run 2 could help reduce injury compared to more traditional stability shoes, Nike commissioned a study through the North Star Sports Medicine Research out of British Columbia where runners followed a 12-week variable training program ending in a half marathon. Based on the results, we think they’re on the right track: Testing shows that the Nike React Infinity Run 2 reduced injuries at a similar rate as the Nike React Infinity Run, which, in a separate study, was shown to reduce injuries by 52% compared to the Nike Air Zoom Structure 22, their traditional stability shoe.
