The Long Course will be roughly 13 miles. It will be at least 11 miles, but no more than 15 miles. There is a early start option for the Long Course. If you’d expect a trail half marathon to take you more than three hours please sign up for the early start.
The Short Course will be roughly five miles. It will be at least four miles, but no more than six miles. There will not be an early start option for the Short Course
And of course, we will have premium shirts and our famous barbecue will be back.

We offer two levels of Medved Endurance Project (MEP) membership to best suit your needs. Both membership levels run on a quarterly basis so that you can tailor your training seasons!
Get ready for your Thanksgiving feast by running two or five miles through downtown Rochester. The race starts outside the Blue Cross Arena and ventures towards the University of Rochester campus. This out and back course is flat, fast and fun for the whole family. Prizes will be awarded to top-3 overall winners, top masters, and age-group winners.
The 2023 Lilac Run will take place on the final day of the Lilac Festival at Highland Park. New this year, they will be adding a Health & Wellness Expo on Saturday, May 20th and Sunday, May 21st for participants to enjoy!
The in-person Lilac Run 5K, 10K and Dunkin’ Dash will take place on Sunday, May 21. Choose to run or walk one, two or all three events! If you register for both the 5K & 10K you will get just one t-shirt with the event and medal.
