Have you spent the summer training for a long race? Now is the time to adjust your focus, reduce your miles, and concentrate on increasing your speed.

Our new training program; 5 Weeks to 5 Miles will help you become a stronger, faster runner in time for The Feast of Burden 5-Miler on Thanksgiving Day in downtown Rochester.

Your coaches, Sherry Kessler and Margaret Baackes will meet with you for track workouts on Tuesday evenings and longer runs on Saturday mornings and provide you with a training plan to help you achieve your race-day goals.
