It is Time to Start Training! Training Programs for Everyone.

Well, it looks like winter is finally over. For a lot of us this is the time to get more active and start running more miles. If the warmer weather has you looking forward to racing we have a training program that is geared to help you.

All off our training programs are run in a fun, supportive environment and provide you with ample face-to-face time with your coaches and unlimited email access.
Interested in a full or half marathon? Our Distance Training Program starts on June 12th and targets the Wineglass Marathon and Half Marathon on September 30th. The training plans can be adjusted for other Fall races. This training program meets on Tuesday evenings at 6:00 pm and Saturday mornings.
The following training programs start on June 20th and target the Pound The Ground for Veteran’s Outreach Center 5k/10k on August 15th. The groups meet on Wednesday evenings at 6:00 pm and Saturday mornings. (You can register for the race here or donate to The Veteran’s Outreach Center here.)
  • Learn to Run: Do you want to become a runner? Are you a former runner coming back to the sport after a layoff? Our Learn to Run
    program can help get you off the couch and across the finish line.
  • Advanced 5k: Are you already an experienced runner but want to become faster and stronger? Our 5k training program is right for you!
  • 10k Training: Have you completed the 5k distance and now want to go a little farther? Have you run a 10k but now want to get faster? Our 10k training program can help.
Learning The Trails:
Tripping over roots and rocks? Struggling on hills? Lost your shoe in the mud? Learning The Trails might be the class for you. This training program starts on July 23rd and meets on Monday evenings at local parks. It is designed to make you more comfortable on trails and get you ready for A Midsummer Night’s Trail Half Marathon and Relay on August 25th.
Members of The Medved Endurance Project receive 25% off on all of our training groups, have Saturday morning group runs, and receive discounts at numerous area races. This is a great option if you need training but can not make it to the weekday training groups.
