Autumn has arrived and we have started our Free Fall Foliage Runs. The final run will be on Sunday, October 29th at 8:00 am at the Genesee Valley Sports Complex at 131 Elmwood Avenue.


The group will run for 30 minutes along the Genesee River, then turn around and head back to the start. the distance you travel will vary depending on your pace. Last week our runners covered between 3.5 miles and 7 miles.

All speeds are welcome and encouraged to participate, including walkers, jog strollers, and leashed dogs. Please bring a friend or twelve. The more the merrier!

Feel free to bring a lawn chair, snacks, and a Thermos. Many of us will stick around afterward and socialize.
