Now is the time to break down those barriers and experience the empowering world of trail running in a supportive\, fun\, and educational environment. \nJoin the women of Medved for a weekend of camaraderie\, wellness\, and growth: \nSaturday\, April 5th and Sunday\, April 6th Join us at Stewart Lodge for the entire event or sign up for one of the days. \nEach day will start with a Guided Trail run at 8 am with demos of Hoka’s Challenger and Speedgoat\, followed by snacks and a learning module with Q&A.
