Join us on Saturday, April 17th at 12:00pm (noon) for a 2 hour clinic tailored to those who not only want to start running, but want to start running smart! Spring time is a great motivator to get out of the house and start logging some miles. If you are ready to challenge your walk routine with some running miles mixed in, this clinic is for you. If you’ve been running but want to make sure you’re doing it right, this clinic is for you. We will cover all the basics necessary to establish a solid running regimen.

- Proper Form
- Cadence vs Speed
- Training Principles
This session will be led by the Medved Training Group coaches, Maggie Baackes and Sherry Kessler along with assistance from our Medved Ambassador Team. The clinic will be limited to 25 participants to ensure everyone gets personalized attention. The clinic will happen rain or shine, and we will be outside – moving! Please dress appropriately and bring a bottle of water.
