Meeting time is 6 pm.

Join us every Wednesday Night for a group run from Medved.   We will meet at 6 pm and divide into two groups.  One group will cover between 6 to 7 miles and the other group will run 4 to 5 miles.

All runs are led by members of the Medved Staff and Medved Ambassadors.  There is no charge participate and all speeds are welcome.

In the winter our post race refreshments will include hot chocolate and in the warmer months we will offer lemonade.

Reflective Vests and Headlamps are required during the winter months.
