The race starts outside the Blue Cross Arena and ventures towards the University of Rochester campus. This out and back course is flat, fast and fun for the whole family. Prizes will be awarded to top overall winners, top masters, and top age group winners.
When you sign up you can also order pies from Special Touch Bakery and pick them up at Medved Running and Walking Outfitters on Tuesday, November 21 at the packet pickup. Have a great pie and support an awesome cause!

Members of The Medved Endurance Project receive $5.00 off of the entry fee.
Packet pickup will be at Medved Running and Walking Outfitters on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 and Wednesday, November 22, 2023, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Pies MUST be picked up on Tuesday, November 21. Any pie that is not picked up will be donated to a local charity (or eaten by Dave.)
Race day packet pickup at The Blue Cross Arena will start at 7:45 am. We STRONGLY suggest that you pick up your packet at Medved on Tuesday or Wednesday. We will be very busy and short-staffed and the race will start on time even if participants are still in line.
The 5-mile race will start promptly at 9:00 am. The 2-mile will begin very shortly afterward.
