Come join us for the 2nd annual Rush-Henrietta Kicking Hunger 5K in Henrietta, NY. This race will take place on June 1st, 2019, at and around the Town of Henrietta Recreation Center located at 605 Calkins Road. Registration is $15 Student / $20 General and can be completed through RunSignup.com.

The purposes of this race are to bring awareness and provide tangible solutions to the issue of hunger in our community, as well as continuing the tradition of promoting exercise and family-centered events in our area. Last year we were able to raise over $3,300 and collect hundreds of non-perishable food items to be used for the Rush-Henrietta Kicking Hunger Summer Food Program. This program was started three years ago by RHCSD staff with the aim of providing food for local families over the summer months. The money raised was also able to help provide support for other community food and student-centered programs through RHAFT.
