Join us on Monday, July 10th at 6:00 pm for an informational meeting about our Learning The Trails beginner trail running program.
This course is designed to improve your trail running and help keep you safe. The classes will have just a few minutes of lecture and discussion followed by short group runs. The runs will pause at different obstacles and challenges to discuss the proper way to successfully navigate them. A goal for this program will be to have all runners comfortable running at least five miles on trail in time for A Midsummer Night’s Madness Trail Half Marathon and Relay
