Exchanges/Return Policy

  • Returns can either be shipped to us via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, insured U.S. Mail or brought in person to our retail store.  Sorry, we do not accept CODs.
  • All exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Returns/exchanges must be received in new condition, without sign of wear, in the original box or packaging.  Clothing and accessories must have the original hang tags.
  • Please do not adhere any shipping labels and/or tape to the manufacturer's packaging.
  • Any merchandise which you believe is defective must be returned to us for inspection within 60 days from the date of purchase.
  • Please enclose your receipt with the returned merchandise, along with an explanation stating why you are seeking the return.
  • Any returns over $100 must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping package.  A return authorization may be obtained by phone or email.

Shipping (Continental United States)

  • Standard Ground:   $6.00
  • 2 Day (weekdays): $12.00
  • 1 Day (weekdays): $20.00
  • Orders received by 4:00 pm will ship the next business day.

Backorders/Out of Stock

  • If we are out of stock on an item that you ordered, we will contact you with an approximate ship date.
  • You will be able to cancel any orders that are backordered prior to shipping
  • Your credit card will NOT be charged until your item has shipped.
