Medved Madness Trail Race
The Fourth Annual Medved Madness Trail Race will be held on Sunday May 2, 2010 at 8 am in Mendon Ponds Park. We are pleased to welcome The North Face as our presenting sponsor for 2010.
You can enter as a solo runner and run the entire approximately 15 mile course or form a three person realy team; the choice is yours. The course consists of three very distinct loops, established by three members of our store; Mort Nace, Greg Crego and Dan Andrus. Come join the Madness!

Course Preview
Our Thursday Night Trail Run Series will be previewing the second and third legs of the race on Thursday April 15th and 22nd. Come join us at 6 pm on each night and run the course for a guided tour of the Madness. There is no charge for these group preview runs.

2008 Race Recap
The second annual Medved Madness Trail Race was held on Sunday May 4, 2008 at Hopkins Point Lodge in Mendon Ponds Park. A nice downpour the day before made this already challenging course a nice muddy playground for those brave souls who ventured out. Click here for our newsletter coverage of the 2008 race.
2007 Race Recap
 Sunny weather, a great turnout, a little bit of mud and a delicious post race feast made the inaugural Medved Madness Trail Race a rousing success. Held on May 6, 2007 in Mendon Ponds Park, this race had both a solo divison and a three person relay.
Congratulations to Jason Urckfitz (1:38:10) and Michelle Weiler (1:46:48) for winning the men's and women's solo race. They each won a pair of Vasque trail running shoes and a SportHill race hat.
On the relay side, Team McQ (which consisted of three very fast runners from McQuaid High School) was the top overall team with a time of 1:38:10. Kudos to the training group Mom's in Motion for entering four teams in the relay.
