Do you need some assistance in training for your half or full marathon? The Medved Distance Training Program can help. Whether you have never completed a half or full marathon, or you are looking to improve your times, our distance training program that can fit your needs.
The group will meet on Tuesday evenings at 6:00 pm and Saturday mornings at 8:00 am. Weekly training plans will be provided for you.
The distance training program begins on February 6th and runs through May 27th, 2018. The focus of this program will be the the Buffalo Full and Half Marathon. All participants will receive a coupon for discounted entry to the race.
All Medved Endurance Project members receive a 25% discount on this training group.
