Have you run a few 5k races? Are you ready to step up to a longer distance? Our new 5 Weeks to 5 Mile training program can help you run longer, stronger, and faster.
This training program is designed to get you ready for The Feast of Burden 5 Mile Race being held on Thanksgiving Day in Downtown Rochester. The program will consist of ten workouts directed by our wonderful running coaches, Sherry Kessler and Maggie Baackes with assistance from our experienced Ambassadors.
The group will meet on Wednesday evenings at 6:00 pm for high effort workouts and Saturday mornings at 7:30 am for longer, easier runs.
